Our Factory

Control over the whole manufacturing process is made possible by several key elements: a factory equipped with the latest production facilities, in-house boiler and body work fabrication, painting, assembly and final testing.
Internal expert teams are responsible for the tool–making used in the fabrication and production of current and prototype equipment which has resulted in many award-winning designs such as the Dosamat® system, DCA®, Pony® and Tango®. This highlights UNIC’s dominant position in both mechanical and electronic development.

Every detail, from the design stage to production, is entirely controlled by UNIC. The Research and Development Department, made up of highly specialised engineers, ensures that UNIC not only responds to a changing market but also to international health and safety standards. Quality control is the natural result of an in-depth knowledge of every constituent part and of the entire manufacturing process from conception to the finished product leaving the factory.
